## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, with at least 5+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
 * Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
 * Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
 * Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
 * Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.

## Description

* Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
 * Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
 * Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components).
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
 * Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
 * Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules, including:
 + General Ledger (GL)
 + Accounts Payable (AP)
 + Accounts Receivable (AR)
 + Fixed Assets (FA)
 + Cash Management (CM)
 + Subledger Accounting (SLA)
 * Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
 * Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards in financial systems.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance, automation, and scalability.
