Qualifications Proven experience in a Software Engineer/Developer role with both front-end and back-end development experience.

Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, ideally .NET/C# and/or Python.

Strong SQL development experience in a production environment.

Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks.

Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work directly with business/end users.

Demonstrated accountability and ownership of assigned work.

Preferred Skills Experience with modern application architecture and system integrations.

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from requirements through delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services using modern technologies, including .NET, Python, and Git.
