## About the Role

* Bachelor's / master's degree in environmental / petroleum / chemical / mechanical engineering.
 * 5+ years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry (Good to have field experience in a Refinery or Upstream production plant) for Sustainability.
 * Experience in performing data analysis on environmental regulations for air, water, and waste, and evaluate alternatives to meet compliance requirements, articulate recommendations.
 * Experience in ESG reporting, assurance processes, lifecycle assessment (LCA) and carbon accounting methodologies.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Skills & Tools:

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 * Strong business acumen
 * Experience with SharePoint
 * Proficiency in Visio for creating detailed flow charts

## Description

* Work migration activities within the Oil and Gas industry.
 * Develop and implement flow charts to map business and work processes.
 * Organize discussions with customers to understand requirements and map out supporting documentation
 * Get appropriate alignment and approval from customers
 * Interface with India execution team to understand execution plan and communicate with customer stakeholders
 * Standardize work processes by utilizing industry's best practices.
 * Coordinate work activities to align with business expectations.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
 * Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio to support project documentation and communication.
