 - Engineering standards, tooling, monitoring and releases

 - Technical decisions with the founder as the platform grows

What we look for

 - Shipped work on media, commerce or membership platforms

 - Hands-on with React, Supabase or similar Postgres back ends, and modern web infrastructure

 - A portfolio or GitHub we can review
