## About the Role

* 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect)
 * Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real time, near real time, multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements.
 * 5+ years of full stack development experience
 * 5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis and any relevant database experience
 * 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design.
 * 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.
 * Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.
 * experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript).
 * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
 * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and business processes., * Preferred experience in interoperability FHIR HL7 standards
 * Experience/certification in one or more cloud platforms (Salesforce, GCP, Azure & AWS) is preferred.
 * Experience in large scale migration efforts from legacy technology/Asset to a modern/new Asset is preferred, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field or equivalent experience required

This role requires a hands-on technology leader who can work across Product, Architecture, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to transform ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of AI expertise, cloud architecture experience, healthcare industry knowledge, and business acumen. They must be passionate about emerging technologies, market trends, and innovation while maintaining a pragmatic focus on delivering achievable business outcomes.

This individual will play a critical role in guiding product strategy, defining solution architecture, oversee implementation, and ensuring successful deployment of AI-enabled products and platforms.

Accountabilities include:

 * Identify, Define, and execute end-to-end AI enabled strategic solutions aligned with project objectives.
 * Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas.
 * Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
 * Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project-related tasks and skill development.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective architectural solutions.
 * Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, data engineers, IT teams, and management, to understand needs and drive alignment with business and development teams.
 * Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance application processes and recommend their adoption where applicable.
 * Architecture and design reviews: Play a key leadership role in architecture design reviews and identify gaps and recommend design changes. Actively lead and participate in the
