 * Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking fundamentals, APIs, concurrency, and backend architecture patterns.

 * Experience operating and troubleshooting high-scale production systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
\n

 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive technical solutions from design through implementation.
\n

 * Ability to learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, and work across a broad technical surface area.
\n

 * Strong communication with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
\n, * Experience working with blockchain infrastructure, RPC systems, validators, or node operations.

 * Experience integrating with EVM-based chains, Ethereum tooling, wallets, custody systems, or tokenization platforms.
