They must have significant experience managing very large and complex IT Infrastructure across an extremely broad range of technologies and possess strong skills in project management, customer service, conflict resolution, and time management and strong negotiating skills and contract management., Good knowledge of: * Business/public administration. Typically gained by a bachelor's degree in business administration or public administration or a closely related field AND two years of professional work experience in the field OR completion of upper division coursework or equivalent vocational training AND four years professional work experience in either field. Considerable knowledge of: * Current industry trends, products, and services in information systems, processing equipment, and software. Typically gained by at least five years of progressively responsible experience in the information technology (IT) field within the last ten years.
