## About the Role

* Modern JavaScript/TypeScript: Mastery of modern ECMAScript standards and deep proficiency in TypeScript for building type-safe, maintainable codebases.
 * Component-Driven Frameworks: Advanced, production-proven expertise in React.js, Vue.js, or Angular (React preferred), including deep knowledge of hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API), and lifecycle optimization.
 * Next-Generation Meta-Frameworks: Strong experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
 * State & Data Management: Proficiency in integrating and managing asynchronous data using GraphQL, Apollo Client, or RESTful APIs, including caching and optimization strategies.
 * Build Tools & Bundlers: Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing modern build pipelines using Webpack, Vite, TurboRepo, or esbuild.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
 * 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, focused heavily on frontend web applications.
 * 2+ years of experience acting in a lead, principal, or senior mentorship capacity.
