* 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar IT role.
 * Prior ServiceNow experience and familiarity with platform navigation, modules, workflows, tickets, reporting, or configuration.
 * Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills.
 * Experience communicating with multiple levels of IT management, including directors and senior leadership.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

* Support ServiceNow version migration through requirements gathering, documentation, testing coordination, and rollout readiness.
 * Track project changes, risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
 * Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, integrations, and requirements.
 * Coordinate with external consultants, ServiceNow administrators/developers, IT leadership, and business stakeholders.
 * Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, migration trackers, and leadership updates.
