## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

 * A minimum of 10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, or product management, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in wireless communications, Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture, advanced algorithm development, or applied AI research-including experience working with universities, research institutes, or collaborative research programs.

 * Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, and Telco/6G/AI-RAN ISVs, or within relevant verticals.

 * Significant technical depth in Telco and wireless communications software including AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), wireless simulation environments (MATLAB, Python-based simulators, software-defined radio, over the air RAN testbeds), GPU-accelerated computing, and RAN software stacks, and contributions to product integrations and software libraries.

 * Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams-including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops.

 * Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators (across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as needed).

 * Skilled at distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives, with end-to-end experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

 * Hands-on experience building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions (e.g., network stacks, AI-native RAN algorithms, PHY-layer signal processing pipelines, or end-to-end 5G/6G RAN prototype systems).

 * Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms (CUDA, Aerial SDK, TensorRT, NeMo, cuBLAS, or other NVIDIA frameworks relevant to AI-native wireless and accelerated RAN).

 * Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.

 * Expertise in building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts, translating real-time ecosystem dynamics into actionable intelligence for Telco/6G/AI-RAN industry strategy and product rationalization.

 * Published IEEE or ACM research, 3GPP contributions, or recognized technical leadership in AI for wireless or AI-native RAN; established relationships and engagement across the global 6G research ecosystem including universities, government-funded research programs, and industry consortia such as the AI-RAN Alliance and O-RAN Alliance.

## Description

* Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in 6G, AI-native RAN, and wireless research. Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in Telco, 6G, and AI-native RAN, with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

 * Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.

 * Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources-such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines-to accelerate 6G/AI-RAN-specific adoption and foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions.

 * Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies.
