* Du übernimmst die Betriebsverantwortung für die IT unserer Kunden - du wartest und pflegst ihre IT proaktiv, damit sie störungsarm arbeiten können.
 * Du automatisierst IT-Serviceprozesse (z. B. Updates, Patch Management).
 * Du betreust die IT-Systeme unserer Kunden per Fernwartung.
 * Du unterstützt Anwender in IT-Fragen telefonisch, per E-Mail und per Fernwartung.
 * Du rationalisierst den IT-Service, damit du mit weniger Zeitaufwand mehr IT-Systeme umfassend betreuen kannst.
