* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience in COBOL programming for batch and online applications.
 * Experience with JCL (Job Control Language) and the IBM z/OS mainframe environment.
 * Hands-on experience with CICS for online transaction processing.
 * Strong knowledge of VSAM file handling and DB2 database development.
 * Experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries.
 * Ability to analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Experience in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and application deployment.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills, including production support and root cause analysis.
 * Experience with application performance tuning, release management, and technical documentation.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
