Serviceorientierte IT-Profis die als IT Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) - 2nd/ 3rd Level im Support, die Kunden bei allen technischen Anliegen begleiten und so stabile, sichere und effiziente Systemlandschaften ermöglichen.
Was sind deine Aufgaben?

 * Remote-Betreuung unserer IT-Servicekunden im 2nd-/ 3rd-Level Support
 * Analyse, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung der eingehenden IT-Störungen im Ticketsystem
 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aller IT-Systeme und ihrer Schnittstellen beim Kunden
 * Dokumentation der Probleme und Lösungen, um eine Wissensdatenbank aufzubauen
 * Entwicklung kreativer Lösungsansätze im Helpdesk, zur langfristigen Optimierung technischer Standards und interner Tools
