## About the Role

* 3 or more years in a security analyst or SOC role
 * Hands on experience with SIEM platforms and EDR tooling
 * Understanding of common attack techniques, threat detection, and incident response
 * Familiarity with vulnerability management tools and processes
 * Knowledge of at least one security framework (NIST, CIS, HIPAA, or PCI), * Security+, CySA+, GSEC, or comparable certification
 * Experience with cloud security in Azure or AWS
 * Scripting or automation skills with PowerShell or Python

## Description

We are seeking a Security Analyst to monitor, detect, and respond to threats across the environment. This role sits at the center of the security program, protecting systems and data while helping mature the organization's overall posture., * Monitor SIEM alerts and investigate potential security incidents

 * Perform triage, containment, and remediation of threats
 * Conduct vulnerability scanning and track remediation to closure
 * Support endpoint detection and response tooling and tune alerting
 * Assist with security awareness, phishing simulations, and user training
 * Contribute to compliance efforts such as HIPAA, NIST, PCI, or CIS controls
 * Document incidents, findings, and response actions
 * Partner with IT teams to harden systems and enforce security standards
