Education

Minimum Required

 * Bachelor's degree in human resource, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience.

 * Master's degree in human resource, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience., * Proven history leading module ownership and projects. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Strong skillset in business analysis and Agile methodology, with a focus on driving iterative improvements and stakeholder value. Proven experience leading and contributing to cross-functional projects. Experience planning, executing, and supporting unit, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality, quality, and alignment with business requirements.

## Description

The Lead Consultant serves as the strategic owner for assigned Oracle Cloud HCM module(s), partnering with business leaders to align system capabilities with business needs., * Own module strategy, roadmap, and change management.

 * Partner with HR leaders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions.
 * Lead quarterly update adoption and regression testing strategy.
 * Mentor junior consultants and set functional best practices.
 * Drive module-related cross-functional projects, cyclical process, and enhancements.
 * Provide Level 2+ functional support and escalations for assigned module(s).
 * Provide input into reporting and analytic needs based on HCM data and processes.
 * Engage in Oracle and industry communities and leverage available training, documentation, and forums to share ideas and increase working knowledge. Influence Oracle roadmap by submitting and voting on ideas.
 * Other duties as assigned
 * Subject matter expert in assigned module(s).
