## About the Role

* Experience with network administration in an enterprise environment
 * Firewall administration experience
 * Systems administration experience
 * Knowledge of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, DNS, and TCP/IP
 * Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and production issues
 * Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar)
 * Understanding of change management and enterprise IT operations

Preferred Qualifications

 * Azure administration experience
 * Linux administration experience (RHEL preferred)
 * Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform, Ansible, ARM, or Bicep)
 * DevOps or automation experience
 * Experience supporting highly available production environments
 * Exposure to security tools and processes

This is a hands-on role supporting enterprise networking, firewalls, servers, and cloud infrastructure while helping establish processes, monitoring, and operational best practices.

This is a great opportunity for someone with networking and systems administration experience who wants broader exposure to cloud, automation, security, and enterprise infrastructure.

What You'll Do

 * Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure
 * Configure and maintain firewalls, routing, and network connectivity
 * Assist with server administration and support Linux-based systems
 * Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot production issues
 * Support cloud infrastructure initiatives, primarily within Azure
 * Create and maintain scripts to automate operational tasks
 * Participate in infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and maintenance activities
 * Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives
 * Work with security teams to maintain infrastructure security standards
 * Contribute to the development of monitoring, escalation, and operational processes within a new Infrastructure Operations Center, DevOps
