## About the Role

* True full stack Developer - Strong across front end, APIs and services, data, and DevOps, and comfortable moving between layers as needed
 * Agile in practice: Ships in short cycles, iterates on customer feedback, and is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
 * 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following - Java, gRPC, API development, Javascript, Typescript, React
 * Exposure to public cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
 * Experience of working in SQL, RDBMS / NoSQL databases
 * Should be conversant with JUnit and integration testing, Docker scripts
 * Hybrid infrastructure fluency: Has worked across on-prem, public cloud, and the migration paths between them, and can choose the right environment for the problem.

Nice to have skills:

 * Good understanding of AI Tool usage
 * Modern and AI-ready: Hands-on with current stacks (microservices, containers, CI/CD, APIs), and has used or integrated AI/GenAI in real products
 * Ownership mindset: Takes responsibility for quality, uptime, and customer experience, and doesn't wait for handoffs.
 * Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
 * Proactive and good command on coding and Unit Testing
 * Self starter and ability to delivery independently under customer supervision
