## About the Role

Skills/Must have:

 * Seven or more years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including at least five years administering Microsoft 365 environments.
 * Demonstrated experience independently delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations from discovery through cutover and stabilization.
 * Strong hands-on knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
 * Proven experience running customer meetings, technical workshops, project status reviews, and customer-facing presentations.
 * Exceptional customer service, relationship management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to meet with customers in person and travel to client sites as needed.
 * Experience creating migration designs, runbooks, cutover plans, test plans, and customer documentation.
 * Strong PowerShell skills and practical experience with Microsoft Graph.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities, perform technical work independently, and own customer engagements with limited oversight.

 * Execute complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, tenant consolidations, and domain transitions.
 * Perform discovery, readiness assessments, solution design, migration planning, configuration, testing, cutover, validation, remediation, and hypercare support.
 * Migrate Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Teams Voice, and Microsoft Entra ID workloads.
 * Create migration runbooks, cutover plans, rollback procedures, test plans, validation checklists, and customer communication materials.
 * Use migration platforms such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest On Demand Migration, ShareGate, AvePoint Fly, or comparable tools.
 * Troubleshoot complex migration and Microsoft 365 issues directly and document decisions, risks, results, and next steps.
