This role will focus on keeping laboratory technology reliable and operational, with an emphasis on troubleshooting and hands-on support in the lab rather than manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

· Provide L2 technical support for laboratory IT systems, equipment, and applications.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system issues within the lab.

· Support laboratory instruments and their connections to computers, networks, and other systems.

· Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot lab-related technology.

· Work directly with laboratory users to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

· Assist with user accounts, system access, software, and endpoint support as needed.
