## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or related engineering environments.
 * At least 5 years of direct experience with Automated Logic (ALC) control systems.
 * Advanced knowledge of BAS/DDC programming, HVAC systems, and control sequences.
 * Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising technical engineering teams.
 * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, control schematics, and engineering specifications.
 * Experience with function block programming, BAS graphics, and system integration.
 * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, communication protocols, and server configurations.
 * Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with large-scale commercial, data center, semiconductor, or mission-critical projects.
 * Background in BAS commissioning, startup, and system optimization.
 * Experience developing programming standards, training programs, or engineering processes.

This role combines technical leadership, project oversight, and team development. The ideal candidate will have extensive Automated Logic (ALC) experience, strong HVAC controls knowledge, and the ability to support engineering teams through programming, startup, commissioning, and project completion.
