* 10+ years of QA/Test Management experience, including 7+ years leading enterprise Workday testing programs.
 * Strong Healthcare industry experience is required.

## Description

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an experienced Workday Test Lead / Test Manager with a strong Healthcare background to lead the overall Workday Testing Program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end testing for large-scale Workday implementations, ensuring quality across all workstreams, modules, integrations, and releases., * Lead the overall Workday Test Program, including test strategy, planning, governance, execution, and reporting.

 * Manage end-to-end testing across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Finance, and Integrations.
 * Oversee Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Regression, User Acceptance (UAT), and Production Validation testing.
 * Coordinate testing activities across business, functional, technical, and third-party teams.
 * Drive defect management, risk mitigation, test metrics, and executive status reporting.
 * Ensure successful testing for Workday implementations, enhancements, and biannual releases.
