## Description

We are seeking an SAP Solution Architect with a strong business-functional background to serve as a strategic advisor to CXOs during enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role blends deep S/4HANA solution expertise with business acumen, guiding leadership through change adoption, implementation strategy, and governance - while acting as the bridge between business vision and technical execution. Key Responsibilities:

 * Act as trusted advisor to CXOs and senior leadership on enterprise transformation strategy, aligning SAP S/4HANA capabilities with business goals.
 * Lead solution architecture and design decisions across S/4HANA implementation, ensuring scalability, compliance, and future readiness.
 * Drive business process adoption by translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives for executive stakeholders.
 * Define and enforce program governance frameworks - covering design authority, change control, risk management, and decision escalation.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT) to ensure end-to-end process alignment and value realization.
 * Facilitate steering committee discussions, status reviews, and executive workshops with confidence and clarity.
 * Anticipate organizational change resistance and proactively design adoption/communication strategies.
 * Ensure solution decisions balance business outcomes, technical feasibility, and long-term governance standards.
