 * You possess professional experience working with LabWare.
 * You bring strong analytical capabilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

 * You are fluent in French with a professional working knowledge of English.

## Description

* Deliver functional and technical support to business users on the LabWare platform.
 * Create and manage incident tickets using ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution.
 * Perform root cause analysis on production incidents to identify and mitigate underlying issues.
 * Handle master data resolution and ensure functional alignment between SAP and LabWare.
 * Translate technical challenges within digital methods into actionable insights for the system administrators.
 * Monitor system errors proactively to identify trends and prevent recurring incidents.
