Your role goes beyond answering business questions: you'll own the core analytics logic, challenge requirements, and define how we measure business health., * Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using dbt and strong SQL, with a focus on robust data marts and a clean semantic layer * Own the BI layer (Looker/LookML) end-to-end, creating self-service Explores that give the entire company a single source of truth for analysis * Translate complex business logic into structured data models, including topics such as Customer Health Scores, NRR (cohort-based), CAC Payback, product unit economics, churn, provisions, and commercial KPIs. * Unify and harmonize data across systems such as Salesforce, Product Data, HubSpot, Jira, Intercom, Personio, and internal booking/factoring systems. * Develop end-to-end reporting solutions from requirement gathering and data validation to Looker dashboards and stakeholder-ready reports.
