 * Strong understanding of cloud-native systems and infrastructure (e.g. Kubernetes, containerized environments)
 * Solid architectural knowledge (microservices, event-driven, hexagonal) and ability to apply it pragmatically
 * High ownership mindset with the ability to lead, mentor, and influence technical direction

## Description

* Own the design and delivery of scalable backend systems across the payment lifecycle (PHP 8.3)
 * Drive architectural decisions and evolve systems towards scalable, event-driven and distributed designs
 * Lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to production and iteration
 * Champion engineering excellence through TDD, CI/CD, and continuous delivery practicesMentor and support other engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing
 * Proactively identify and address system, process, and scalability challenges, We take it as our responsibility to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, exactly as they are.
