Fewer is fine if you have a master's in computer science or a related field. * At least one React Native app shipped to both app stores, ideally with Expo. * Strong with server state (TanStack Query), offline caching, and typed API clients. * Comfortable with Tailwind-style styling. * Able to work in SvelteKit within weeks, coming from any modern web framework. * Can make small backend changes in Python or Go, and knows Postgres. * Builds for real conditions: cheap Android phones, slow networks, proper loading and error states. Nice-to-haves * Real-time features: voice, WebRTC/LiveKit, or streaming responses. * Experience with the messy parts of mobile: EAS builds, over-the-air updates, push notifications, deep links, store reviews. * Translations (Lingui or similar), shared design systems, debugging from Sentry data. ## Description You'll own our mobile app and help build our web platform. You'll take a feature from a rough idea to the app stores, and make small backend changes when a feature needs them. We don't want someone who just uses AI to autocomplete. We want a conductor who ships in a day what used to take a week. Our stack: React Native (Expo, Expo Router, NativeWind, Reanimated, TanStack Query), SvelteKit + Tailwind, TypeScript throughout, Python and Go services, Postgres, OpenAPI-generated clients, Sentry, LiveKit and ElevenLabs for voice.
