## About the Role

* Excellent spoken and written English
 * Good organisational and fault-finding skills
 * Demonstrable interest in technology and IT
 * Knowledge of Android operating systems, SOTI MobiControl, AirWatch or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, Freshdesk or other customer support software, Warehouse Management or ERP systems, and WiFi infrastructure would be beneficial

## Description

* Manage the helpdesk system, handling inbound support calls and emails within agreed Service Level Agreements
 * Support mobile systems for our company and clients
 * Provide technical support to field operatives and mobile device users
 * Carry out operating system reloads and stage devices for deployment
 * Provide quality assurance for our customers
 * Log calls, diagnose and resolve mobile device issues, and update customers on progress
 * Accurately record and monitor helpdesk incidents through to successful conclusion
