## About the Role

Essential

 * Previous experience in data management, systems support or a related role
 * Experience working with structured datasets within operational systems
 * Experience with EPOS, product and/or inventory management systems
 * Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, data validation & structured data manipulation)
 * High attention to detail and accuracy
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in parallel
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Full UK Driving licence & access to your own vehicle

Desirable

 * Experience within a hospitality or retail environment
 * Experience working with third-party system providers
 * An understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
 * A supporting qualification in a related field

We're on the lookout for a detail-focused Systems Coordinator to support the integrity and performance of our operational systems across the business. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting, operational reporting and day-to-day systems maintenance. You'll take ownership of supporting a range of systems and get involved in a variety of technical projects, working with our restaurant and central support teams.

What you'll be doing as a Systems Coordinator

 * Creating and maintaining product and pricing data in EPOS
 * Ensuring optimal use of our inventory systems across departments
 * Supporting seasonal menu updates and promotions
 * Producing structured reports (sales, GP, promotions, guest metrics)
 * Development of training materials to support restaurant teams
 * Supporting day-to-day system administration
 * Assisting with upgrades, launches and configuration changes
 * Preparing system set-up for new restaurant openings, Monday - Friday. You will be primarily based at our Chester HQ with some remote working and occasional restaurant visits
