## About the Role

* Strong Python coding skills.
 * Hands-on experience building or deploying machine learning models using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
 * Good software engineering habits, including Git, testing and CI/CD basics.
 * Curiosity about AI/ML research and the judgement to apply it responsibly and securely.
 * Experience with containerization for deploying and scaling AI solutions (Docker).

Nice to have

 * Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agents, evaluation using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
 * MLOps experience with tools such as MLflow, DVC or Weights & Biases.
 * Practical experience deploying AI solutions on AWS.
