## Description

* Investigate and resolve infrastructure issues across servers, networks and business systems.
 * Support and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory and Group Policy.
 * Assist with the administration of VMware virtualisation environments.
 * Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
 * Support escalated technical issues and collaborate with the wider IT team.
 * Carry out routine infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring and health checks.
 * Assist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments and wider IT projects.
 * Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes through scripting and automation.
