## Description

We are seeking a Data and Performance Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of contract performance, reporting, and data analysis.

This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely data that supports strategic decision-making, service improvement, and organisational performance., Working collaboratively across teams, the successful candidate will help embed a data-driven culture, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights that enhance operational effectiveness and outcomes.

The role is heavily focused on analysing and interpreting data, providing meaningful insight, and driving confidence in performance reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Drive data quality improvements across the contract.

Identify and resolve discrepancies between client and internal data sources.

Support governance processes and promote accountability for data accuracy.

Analyse performance against agreed KPIs and performance measures.

Translate complex data into meaningful trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.

Challenge operational teams on performance where required and support continuous improvement.

Lead discussions with stakeholders regarding performance, reporting, and data analysis.

Support the development of reporting capability, KPI automation, and reporting system assurance using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
