 * Steuerung von Eskalationsprozessen im Customer Support sowie Dokumentation und Analyse von Fehlern und Störungen
 * Mitarbeit und fachliche Steuerung von Sonderprojekten, inklusive Nutzung von SAP und weiteren Subsystemen sowie Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen
