 * Sicherer Umgang mit Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio sowie gängigen Projektmanagement- und Collaboration-Tools (z. B. Confluence, Jira, HP ALM, Octane)
 * Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Leitung von IT-Projekten sowohl nach klassischen (Waterfall) als auch agilen Vorgehensmodellen (Agile / Scrum)
 * Fähigkeit, die operative Projektsteuerung von fachlichen und/oder technischen Teams (intern und extern) mit den Anforderungen von Management- und Senior-Management-Stakeholdern zu verbinden
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Prozessmodellierung und Koordination von Meetings und Workshops
 * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Prozessen
 * Risiko- und Issue-Management
 * Change Management
 * Ressourcenplanung sowie Budgetsteuerung
 * Unterstützung bei Vertragsmanagement, Verhandlungen und Abrechnungsthemen
 * Kommunikation und Reporting gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
 * Aufbau und Pflege von Projektbeziehungen auf Kunden- und Lieferantenseite sowie innerhalb der Organisation
