## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Services Administrator o n a contract basis to support the Digital Workplace environment of a large international organisation.
The role will focus on the administration, support and maintenance of enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging services, including Exchange, Teams, Share Point, One Drive and Entra ID.
Key Skills : - 5+ years' experience managing and supporting large, complex Microsoft Exchange environments.
Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 enterprise tenants, including Global Administrator responsibilities.
Excellent knowledge of Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises.
Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, Share Point Online and One Drive for Business.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, including MFA, application registration and identity administration.
Experience managing email security solutions such as EOP, Microsoft Defender/ATP or Cisco Iron Port.
Strong understanding of SMTP relay, Postfix, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Very good Power Shell and Microsoft Graph skills for Microsoft 365 administration and automation.
Experience with on-premises to Microsoft 365 and/or tenant-to-tenant migration projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft compliance capabilities including DLP, Purview and e Discovery.
Experience with incident/problem management, monitoring, troubleshooting, deployments and technical documentation.
Exposure to ITIL, ISO ***** and SCOM is advantageous.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Relevant Microsoft 365/Microsoft certifications are desirable.
