## About the Role

* BA/BS and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience OR 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree\n
 * Minimum of 5 years of Tech lead experience\n
 * Technical Lead with experience designing and delivering scalable Java Full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Rest APIs, microservices, and modern front-end technologies.\n
 * Experience working with AI/ML as an integral part of executing the software lifecycle and/or implementing AI/ML solutions to support mission\n
 * Must have experience in evaluating emerging AI technologies and development tools and identifying opportunities to improve application productivity, automation and operational efficiency.\n
 * 8 years of hands-on experience using at least 6 the following, but not limited to:\n

o React, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, & HTML, Springboot, Material UI, JAVA etc.\n

## Description

The Homeland Sector within Leidos is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer Team Technical Lead, with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development. In this role the candidate will support the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP). In this hands-on position, you will work collaboratively to architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real-time systems. You will exercise your judgment in determining and recommending the best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines and other resource constraints. You will participate in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing.
