## Description

* Design, build, test, and deploy the backend services that mint, custody, and settle tokenized equities on the Robinhood Chain, with correctness and auditability as hard requirements
 * Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements that meet strict correctness and scalability standards
 * Build the connective tissue between traditional market infrastructure (brokerage, ledgers, corporate actions) and on-chain systems, including smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows
 * Identify and implement improvements to system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
 * Collaborate closely with product, compliance, client, and platform teams to deliver impactful technical solutions
