## Description

This individual will lead the development and execution of the enterprise-wide strategy for Master Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Standards, and Product Segmentation, driving data consistency, operational efficiency, and business transformation across multiple internal organizations.

 * Create and implement data governance policies, models, and operating procedures.
 * Lead the strategic direction, governance, architecture, and ongoing optimization of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and associated enterprise data platforms.
 * Define enterprise standards for data creation, maintenance, governance, and quality.
 * Build data dictionaries, metadata catalogs, lineage maps, and data artifact documentation.
 * Create and maintain KPI's for data quality, governance effectiveness, adoption, compliance, and operational performance.
