## About the Role

* Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, logistics, or shop experience preferred
 * Strong inventory control and cycle count experience highly desired
 * Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets daily
 * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
 * Ability to drive company vehicles for deliveries and pickups
 * Forklift experience is a plus
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Good penmanship and attention to detail
 * Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
 * Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
 * Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely

## Description

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, communicates effectively, and understands that no task is too small when supporting the team., Inventory & Warehouse Operations

 * Receive and verify incoming materials and shipments
 * Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
 * Track inventory using Excel spreadsheets, count sheets, and material order forms
 * Organize warehouse inventory and storage locations
 * Assist with material staging and job site preparation
 * Conduct regular inventory audits and reporting
 * Support purchasing and material replenishment activities

Deliveries & Transportation

 * Drive company vehicles to perform local deliveries and material pickups
 * Complete will-call pickups from vendors and suppliers
 * Deliver materials to job sites as needed
 * Maintain accurate delivery documentation

General Shop Support

 * Operate forklifts on an occasional basis
 * Assist with loading and unloading materials
 * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
 * Use hand and power tools as needed
 * Perform basic handyman duties including:
 * Replacing light bulbs
 * Moving furniture and equipment
 * Taking out trash
 * Assisting with facility upkeep
 * Supporting special projects as needed
