 * Core Tooling: Expert-level experience with NeoLoad.
 * Tech Stack: Strong expertise in SAP (BRIM, S/4HANA, Convergent Mediation, Datasphere), Dynamics CRM, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
 * Core Competencies: Workload modeling, capacity planning, stress/spike/endurance testing, and cloud performance monitoring.
 * Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or Engineering. NeoLoad or Cloud (AWS/Azure) certifications are highly preferred.
 * Clearances: Must pass ePATCH and National Criminal background checks.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Load Test Architect / Lead to own and define the enterprise performance engineering strategy for a large-scale program. You will lead load testing, capacity planning, and monitoring across complex SAP, CRM, API, and cloud ecosystems., * Define enterprise performance testing strategies, workload models, SLAs, and SLOs.

 * Lead end-to-end performance testing across SAP (BRIM, S/4HANA, CM, Datasphere), Dynamics CRM, APIs, middleware, and mobile/web platforms.
 * Architect, administer, and build automated regression testing frameworks using NeoLoad.
 * Perform root-cause analysis, system tuning, and capacity planning.
 * Present performance risks, bottlenecks, and executive reporting to leadership.
