## Description

1. Lead Change Management Strategy
Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive change management plan aligned with project objectives, timelines, and resources.
Develop and apply stakeholder assessments and surveys to measure adoption and effectiveness.
Monitor change activities and adjust plans as needed.
Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and successfully adopted by end users.

 2. Drive Communication and Engagement
Analyze stakeholder readiness and needs.
Create and deliver communication strategies and materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for change-related communications across agencies.

 3. Develop and Deliver Training
Design and implement training strategies and learning plans.
Create training resources, job aids, and guidance materials.
Support diverse audiences across city government.

 4. Foster Collaboration and Relationships
Build strong relationships with agency partners, project teams, and leadership.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders managing organizational change.
Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and technical teams.

 5. Champion Best Practices
Guide stakeholders in adopting established change management approaches.
Support cloud-based and enterprise system implementations.
Recommend improvements to change management processes and practices.

 6. Contribute to a Culture of Learning
Share knowledge and insights.
Support colleagues and help strengthen organizational change management capabilities.
