 * Experience with RESTful services, asynchronous programming, and network optimization.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing practices.
 * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills., * Experience developing customer-facing applications in retail, eCommerce, loyalty, or membership platforms.
 * Prior large-scale retail experience.
 * Experience with modern Android architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture.
 * Experience working within Agile/Scrum product teams.
 * Exposure to cloud-native and microservices environments.
 * Understanding of analytics, personalization, recommendations, or customer engagement features.
