## About the Role

Are you passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful insights that shape business decisions?, * Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

 * 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related field.
 * Advanced proficiency in SQL is required and experience with Python is a plus.
 * Strong experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
 * Experience within the insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
 * Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and emerging analytics technologies.
 * Deep understanding of data profiling, data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization best practices.
 * Experience working with data warehouses, transactional databases, APIs, and modern data ecosystems.
 * Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
 * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven storytelling.
 * Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop others.

## Description

* Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
 * Perform moderate to complex data profiling, analysis, and source evaluation to identify the most effective data for business decision-making.
 * Design, develop, and deliver dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytical solutions that drive measurable business impact.
 * Conduct statistical analyses and communicate findings to influence recommendations and strategic decisions.
 * Collaborate with data engineers to validate data quality and support testing efforts.
 * Leverage business and industry knowledge to provide insightful analyses and recommendations.
 * Stay current on emerging trends in analytics, business intelligence, and data technologies.
 * Work directly with internal customers to refine requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
 * Mentor and coach junior analysts, helping elevate analytics capabilities across the team.
 * Take ownership of the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of analytical solutions.
