At the outset, you will be responsible for multiple products in the utility space (including AppLock Pro, AppLock Lite, and Gallery) as well as an in-development AI-based rewarded app. You will lead your own cross-functional team, and partner with key stakeholders (monetization, design, UA to develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that helps achieve our organizational goals. Monetization is the center of the work, not an afterthought. Apps may monetize through subscriptions, ads, affiliate offers, or a blend of multiple methods, and are tuned to the audience and the market rather than copied from a template. As an organization, we are also investing heavily in data monetization, where users are compensated for data they choose to share, and you will own how that is offered, consented to, and valued. As the organization continues to grow and acquire additional properties, your ownership areas may change. You will report to the Director of Product. Who You Are and What You'll Do * You are comfortable owning several products at once, moving between them without losing the thread on any of them, and being honest with yourself about where your attention is actually going. * You have experience developing and bringing new products to market as well as working with growing or mature products. You understand the goals of each stage of a product's lifecycle and can focus the team on the required strategy. * You have broad monetization experience in both in-app advertising and subscription-based products. You know when a paywall is costing more in ad revenue than it brings in, and you know how to test your way to the right mix for a given audience. * You know how to maximize LTV and balance the tension of retention and monetization. * You can deftly balance user and business needs, maximizing both business value and user experience. * There is no task you are not willing and able to take on; scrappy and resourceful are two adjectives you use to describe yourself. * You use AI agents as a force multiplier rather than a talking point. You build your own prototypes, pull your own data, draft your own specs, run your own competitive research, and automate the recurring analysis that would otherwise eat your week. A portfolio this size only works if everyone on it operates well above what their headcount suggests. * You are a self starter and thrive in ambiguity. You may not have the answers, but you know how to ask questions and take the first step. You don't get stuck in first gear. * You rely on all forms of insight to identify problems and opportunity areas: business metrics, qualitative and quantitative data, competitive analysis, leadership and stakeholder feedback. * You can confidently say "no" or "not yet" and "here's why." You can prioritize based on alignment to goals, impact, risk, complexity and effort. * You are an expert communicator, no matter the audience or medium. Whether you are presenting in front of the entire company, having a one on one with the CEO or discussing initiatives with your squad, you are clear, specific, and brief. "I don't know but I will find out" is an answer you're comfortable giving. * You value learning directly from users about what matters to them and developing solutions to their problems. * You're able to expertly own the entirety of the product lifecycle: from discovery, validation, experimentation, continuous delivery, and measurement. * You can work closely with UX Designers to develop solutions that are thoughtful, intuitive, and helpful. * You work collaboratively with your engineering team to define detailed product epics and stories supporting delivering on objectives as measured by key results. * You deliver on your goals. You are responsible and accountable for your actions and decisions, and you take ownership of the outcomes., Manage healthcare revenue cycle activities including billing, collections, claims, accounts receivable, denials, payer follow-up, reconciliations, and reimbursement analysis.
