## About the Role

* 8+ years of overall IT quality assurance and software testing experience.
 * 4+ years of hands-on enterprise performance, load, stress, and scalability testing experience.
 * Expertise with NeoLoad: Demonstrated mastery in building, executing, and maintaining test suites and scenarios using NeoLoad (required).
 * High-Volume Transaction Systems: Proven track record testing large-scale, high-concurrency systems (batch processing, high-volume event mediation, API traffic).
 * Enterprise Integrations: Strong experience testing integrations across CRM platforms, middleware, web portals, mobile channels, and enterprise ERP systems.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
 * Experience testing SAP ecosystems (SAP BRIM, Convergent Mediation, S/4HANA, ECC, or Datasphere).
 * Familiarity with tolling, transportation, high-volume utility billing, or public-sector transactional environments.
 * Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure performance analysis and APM/monitoring tooling.

Work Environment & Onsite Requirements

 * Work Arrangement: Primarily virtual/remote. Candidates must reside within the Continental United States.
 * Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to project facilities for key delivery milestones (e.g., solution confirmation, program increments, integration testing, and go-live/hypercare coverage), typically up to one week per month on an established schedule.

## Description

We are seeking a senior Performance Load Test Analyst with deep expertise in NeoLoad to lead non-functional testing across large-scale enterprise billing, CRM, and ERP modernization initiatives. In this role, you will define performance testing strategies, design complex enterprise workloads, and execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests across high-volume transaction platforms, integration middleware, and core ERP systems., * Strategy & Governance: Define end-to-end performance testing strategy, non-functional requirements (NFRs), enterprise workload modeling, and acceptance criteria in alignment with SDLC governance.

 * Scripting & Test Execution: Design, maintain, and execute load, stress, volume, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across complex multi-tier architectures.
 * Enterprise ERP & Billing Testing: Validate performance and transaction throughput across billing engines (e.g., SAP BRIM, Convergent Charging/Invoicing, FI-CA), mediation platforms handling high-volume event processing, and core ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA).
 * Integration & API Validation: Execute end-to-end performance validation for bi-directional integrations between CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics CE) and back-end ERP/billing systems, testing synchronous APIs, message queues, event streams, and batch interfaces.
 * Monitoring & Diagnostics: Monitor critical system metrics (response time, throughput, error rates, resource saturation) across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers to isolate bottlenecks.
 * Automation & CI/CD: Maintain NeoLoad automation scripts, build data-pipeline performance tests, and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
 * Reporting & Collaboration: Deliver comprehensive performance dashboards, benchmark metrics, and go/no-go recommendations for release cycles (PI cycles, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live/Hypercare).
