## About the Role

* 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment
 * Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Active Directory
 * Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and firewall/switch configuration
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
 * Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technology in plain language
 * Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently
 * Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and clean driving record

## Description

You'll support our clients' users, desktops, servers, and networks, both remotely and onsite. We prefer candidates who live within 15 miles of our Spring Lake office., * Create, update, and resolve tickets in our ticketing system

 * Provide remote and onsite support for client desktops, servers, and network equipment
 * Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Entra ID environments
 * Troubleshoot network issues, including firewalls, switches, wireless, DNS, and DHCP
 * Handle user setup and changes, password resets, MFA enrollment, and email administration
 * Install and configure software, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat, among others
 * Perform onsite installations, hardware upgrades, and equipment changeouts
 * Add, remove, and configure users and phones on VoIP systems (we train)
 * Maintain clear, accurate documentation of client environments and work performed
