## About the Role

Experienced IT technician who has prior experience handling small to medium sized businesses and their IT infrastructure. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of networks, hardware and software troubleshooting and security and backup programs who is capable of handling analysis, design and implementations for new customers and projects for older customers

Job requires a person with excellent problem solving skills along with a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ability to understand a customers needs and requirements and a willingness to listen and provide cost effective solutions is critical to success.

The right candidate must have an entreprenuerial spirit to help the business continue to growth. Beyond the individual technical skills we require a person to work closely with a highly skilled team of technicians

Our technicians are required to manage all aspects of running a clean and well organized repair and customer service operation and accustom to meeting revenue goals.
