## About the Role

* Minimum 7 years of experience working a software engineer.
 * Minimum 2 years of experience demonstrating managing a team of developers and deliveries to clients
 * Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform
 * Minimum 2 years of experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Gemini) within the software development lifecycle, * Have contributed significantly to at least two mobile applications and be able to describe those contributions
 * Hands-on full-stack development experience with NestJS/Node and/or web experience with React, * Proven success in leading a team-oriented environment
 * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
 * Desire to work in an information systems environment
 * Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills

## Description

* Mobile application development, architecture and infrastructure design, technology build and deployment activities on multiple platforms
 * Assist in refining and enhancing mobile architectures and frameworks
 * Coordinate and work with clients and offshore teams and articulate client requirements into technical architecture
