## About the Role

* You are an active student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, information systems, computer science, psychology, learning and development, communications, or a related field
 * Further you have a strong interest in AI and digitalization topics and are keen to follow latest trends
 * You are also curious about generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and are motivated to experiment and learn hands-on
 * The ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment and function independently is part of your profile
 * You communicate clearly and enjoy turning complex topics into concise, engaging content and presentations
 * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, experience with Copilot, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, learning tools or video creation is a plus
 * You bring a proactive mindset, strong ownership and a focus on creating practical business value
 * Working in English in an international environment is natural for you; German is an advantage

## Description

* You will support the global AI Adoption and Digital Transformation agenda together with a diverse and international team
 * Collaborating with senior experts, business stakeholders and AI practitioners across the organization is part of your tasks
 * You will support and further develop Linde's Digital Exchange (dX) and AI practitioner communities
 * Further you will contribute to the design, preparation and delivery of global enablement programs, learning journeys, workshops and live events
 * Helping create engaging AI adoption campaigns, including e.g. communications and learning content will also be your task
 * You will support the evaluation of new AI tools, use cases and emerging technology trends
 * You will assist with adoption reporting, success measurement and continuous improvement activities
 * Taking ownership of selected work packages and bringing your own ideas into the team will also be part of your work
 * This position requires a minimum of six months and starting date earliest Dec 2026 onwards
