## About the Role

* Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience
 * Experience with Django 5. X, Tailwind, HTMX, or other lightweight JS frameworks (or desire to learn them)
 * Experience in working with Postgresql, Redis, or equivalent data storage
 * Passionate about writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the code base in check
 * Used to work in an English-speaking environment
 * Fluent German comprehension skills (C1-Level); spoken German is a plus but not essential

Nice to Have

 * Excellent coding skills with Python
