## About the Role

Trading experience is essential, alongside knowledge of ETRM (Energy Trading & Risk Management) systems. We're looking for candidates from energy trading or financial services with exposure to trading and risk. Further, * Agile delivery leadership within financial services trading or energy trading.

 * Knowledge of ETRM systems.
 * Previous data warehousing and data migration experience.
 * Technology exposure to Azure, Databricks, Unity Catalog and Delta Sharing.
 * Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills, with an understanding of engineering delivery, CI/CD and DevOps.

## Description

I'm recruiting for an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a major enterprise data programme within a trading environment.This will be an initial 6+ month contract with high chance of extension, Hybrid Central London and inside Ir35., * Coach teams in Lean, Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices, driving measurable improvements in delivery.

 * Facilitate planning, retrospectives, workshops and Scrum of Scrums.
 * Manage visibility of risks, dependencies and blockers across teams.
 * Use Jira reporting and delivery metrics to track progress and support decisions.
 * Work closely with platform leadership to align delivery with business priorities.
